How to join the GUNIA Family Club?
To join the loyalty program, simply log in or create an account on our website.

- If this is your first time logging in, follow the prompts to create an account. If you already have an account, simply log in.
- Once logged in, your profile automatically becomes part of the Gunia Family Club.

How do I use my discount?
If you're placing an order on the website, log in or sign up in your personal account. Once your details are updated, your discount will be applied automatically.
If you're shopping in-store, provide your phone number or full name. Our staff will find your profile, verify your details, and apply your discount.
Are purchases made in showrooms counted toward benefits?
Yes, all purchases — both online and in-store — are counted. Just make sure to identify yourself by phone number when placing your order.

No, if you already have a GUNIA account, there's no need to register again. Just log in to your personal account using your email.
If you provided a valid phone number during previous purchases, your purchase history will be automatically factored into your GUNIA Family Club tier.
Will my purchase history from before the launch of GUNIA Family Club be counted?
At the launch of GUNIA Family Club, we accounted for all purchases made since January 1, 2023, provided a valid phone number was given at checkout.
What determines my tier in the loyalty program?
Your tier in the Gunia Family Club depends on your total purchase amount. The higher your accumulated spending, the higher your tier and the more benefits you unlock.
How long does it take for my personal account information to update?
Your personal account information will update within 14 days of your purchase.
How do I update the email linked to my account?
To change the email linked to your account, please contact our support team — we'll help you update it. Currently, changing your email yourself in your personal account is not possible.
