Pickup

You can pick up your order yourself from our store in Kyiv at 4/6 Antonovycha St. during store hours.

WORKING HOURS:
Mon–Sat: 10:00 – 20:00
Sun: 11:00 – 20:00

Before visiting the store, please wait for confirmation of your order's readiness from our managers.
Orders placed between 6:00 PM Friday and 10:00 AM Monday will be ready for pickup from the showroom on Monday.

Delivery by Nova Poshta

TERMS OF DELIVERY TO A BRANCH OR BY COURIER:

  • For orders up to 5,000 UAH – delivery is paid by the client according to the carrier's rates.

  • For orders from 5,000 UAH and above – delivery is free.

DELIVERY TIMES:

  • Shipping is done Monday to Friday

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days

TTN numbers are generated automatically. Please monitor messages from the courier service.

Taxi Delivery (Kyiv and Lviv)

Available in exceptional cases with same-day delivery.
The cost of taxi delivery is paid by the buyer.

We ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. That’s why every shipment via Nova Poshta is insured for the full value of your order.

If your package is damaged or lost during delivery, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  1. Contact the Nova Poshta branch where you received the parcel.

  2. With the help of a Nova Poshta employee, fill out a claim form — this is an important step to officially document the issue. Nova Poshta will then be obligated to compensate you for the damage.

  3. Let us know about the situation:

IMPORTANT!
Please check the parcel upon receipt. To help you effectively, it is essential that you complete the claim form immediately at the time of delivery.

Доставка міжнародних замовлень

Міжнародні відправлення здійснюються кур’єрською службою Укрпошта EMS. В ціні виробу на міжнародній версії сайту враховано вартість доставки, клієнту не потрібно сплачувати доставку окремо.

 

Термін доставки залежить від країни-призначення і може складати від 2 до 4 тижнів. Інформація стосовно відправлень та номери накладних для відстеження відправляються на вказану в замовленні електронну адресу клієнта. В разі, якщо ви не отримали інформацію щодо доставки вашого замовлення, зверніться до нашої служби підтримки customer@guniaproject.com, вкажіть номер замовлення у листі.

 

У зв’язку з російською військовою агресією ми не відправляємо замовлення в росію та білорусь.

 

По прибуттю до країни призначення, міжнародні замовлення можуть обкладатися митами та податками митної служби країни призначення. Просимо детально ознайомитися із правилами розмитнення і вартості митних платежів до вашої країни-призначення, перш ніж оформлювати замовлення. Своєю чергою, ми не можемо прогнозувати чи нести відповідальність за додаткові або митні платежі.
