Terms of return/Exchange of goods
We strive to ensure our customers' comfort and satisfaction throughout their shopping experience. If necessary, you may exchange or return a product in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
General terms of return and exchange:
- The product was purchased at the Gunia Project store:
For products purchased in Gunia showrooms, please contact the administrator directly.
For products purchased from partners, exchange or return is possible only through them. Details in the "Stores" section .
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since the order was received.
- The buyer provides confirmation of payment for the goods and delivery details (in the "Nova Poshta" application).
- There is a settlement document (fiscal check).
- The product has retained its original appearance, has all labels and tags, and has no traces of use.
- The buyer covers all costs associated with the return/exchange of goods (including shipping).
How to return a product of good quality:
- Fill out the return application (template provided later).
- Send the completed application with signature, copy of fiscal receipt and other supporting documents to:

- Send the goods together with the original signed application by the Nova Poshta delivery service (the manager will provide you with shipping details after contacting you.)
- Let us know the tracking number of the package.
Important! Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Product return requirements:
- The product must meet the following requirements:
- Has not been used (including for photography or video recording).
- Not washable or dry cleaned.
- Free from stains, foundation residue, animal hair, perfume odor, etc.
- All labels, tags and stickers must be in place and undamaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
If these requirements are not met, the product will not be returned or exchanged. In such cases, the product will be returned to the buyer without a refund.
Exchanges are only possible for items of equal value. If the exchange is for an item of a different price, we will issue a full refund and help you place a new order.
Return/exchange of goods of inadequate quality

The shipping cost in such cases is covered by the seller.
Refunds and products
After receiving the parcel and checking the goods for compliance with the conditions, the funds will be refunded within 5 business days.
If the payment was made through Monobank, the funds are automatically returned to the card from which the payment was made.
In other cases, the funds are returned to the buyer's card using the specified details (card number, IBAN).
The term for crediting funds may depend on the policy of the buyer's bank.
PLEASE NOTE
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, goods of proper quality are not subject to return, in particular:
- Jewelry.
- Hats.
- Socks.
"EASY RETURN" OPTION FROM NEW MAIL
You can use the "Easy Return" service. To do this, notify our manager and fill out a return request in the Nova Poshta application.
This service is not available in the following cases:
- If the invoice has redirection or return activated.
- If the invoice has been moved to the "Archive".
- If more than 14 days have passed since the parcel was received.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The return and exchange of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine, except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied territories and zones of active hostilities.
