Gunia Project x TSUM
Central Department Store Kyiv and GUNIA Project have joined forces to create a unique collection of gifts and goods for
home comfort.
The visual component of the collection is inspired by Ukrainian carpet weaving of the 20th century. The designs of the prints, depicting birds, flowers and figures, reproduce the motifs of authentic carpets of Kyiv, Poltava, Vinnytsia and Kamianets-Podilskyi regions. The plant elements are borrowed from carved tiles of the 19th century from Poltava and Cherkasy regions. The central image of the collection is the tree of life - an archetypal symbol of Ukrainian culture, which reflects the model of the universe, harmony and connection of man with nature. Its universal meaning remains relevant through the seasons and centuries.
Each product in the TSUM by GUNIA collection combines decorativeness with practicality. These items not only serve in everyday life, but also become memorable objects - modern symbols of Ukrainian culture, which bring warmth and comfort to the home.
