Description

The 'Lukia' embroidered dress. The silhouette of this style is typical for the Middle Naddniprianshchyna of the Kyiv region. The dress is embellished with an embroidered detachable bib. The leitmotif of the embroidery is dictated by the image of Adam and Eve, discovered on the 17th-18th-century Chernihiv tile. A 1909 wooden chest from Bukovyna, painted with hearts and flowers, is another reference.

Виріб GUNIA — авторське осмислення крою та орнаментики традиційної довгої сорочки, що історично виконувала утилітарну функцію і була невіддільним елементом базового та святкового вбрання. Сукня оздоблена вишивкою білим кольором, що вважався своєрідним еталоном традиційної української сорочки. Орнамент натхнений зображенням Адама і Єви з чернігівської кахлі 17-18 ст. та мальованою скринею з Буковини 1909 року.
