Silk headscarf. The naïve print is rooted in the motifs depicted on the 20th-century Kosiv tiles and 19th-century embroidered monastic rushnyk from the Kyiv region. A woman balances a flower pot on her head — it's a variation of the tree of life, which symbolizes fertility, universal order, and family protection.
